Job Description

Part-time host needed for elegant supper club to greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage seating chart and ensure tables allocated efficiently; 
• Maintain a rotation system for seating.

 
Operations: 

• Be an extra hand when needed, jumping in to assist with various tasks. 
• Run food and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. 
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations. 
• Address and resolve table conflicts or customer complaints promptly.

 
Other tasks include: 

• Answer phone, listen to voicemails, make reservations, keep bathrooms clean and stocked, organize.

Customer service: 

• Engage with customers by Handling phone calls, and make reservations;
• Provide information about the restaurant. 

Requirements:  

• Serving experience preferred but not required, excellent communication and personal skills;
• Ability to handle high-volume situations and resolve conflicts effectively. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Flexibility to work evenings, Wednesday-Saturday.
