Position Overview:

• The team deploys the high dimensional profiling tools such as spatial protein/RNA characterization to fill translational knowledge gaps relevant to our development pipelines.
• This role will support team to answer key translational questions for programs.
  
  

Pay Rate: $33.00 - $35.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of latest generation PhenoCycler Fusion and Visium.
• Preparation of samples and reagents; and assistance in assay development and optimization.
• Operate and maintain the instruments.
• Prepare and manage reagents.
• Perform reagent validation.
• Prepare slides for analysis.
• Maintain an accurate record of samples, reagents. Maintain and organize the inventory.
• Perform routine data transferring.
• Assist in the development of new reagents.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, engineering, chemistry, physics, math, computer sciences, or related fields.
• Prior experience with spatial technologies or pathology/histology/IHC is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
• Quick learners and comfortable with new technologies and have excellent hands-on and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Skills for effective and timely communication with colleagues.
• A 3-5 years of lab related experience preferred.
