Position: Data Entry Clerk
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage and input large volumes of data efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify details.
Meet deadlines for assigned data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
