If you're a highly motivated individual with:

Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete estimating, with a focus on foundations and flatwork
Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Timberline, Quick Bid)
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
