- Must have the ability to travel to different locations as needed for training sessions
Remote Adobe Workfront Trainer duties:
-Develop comprehensive training materials and curricula for Adobe Workfront, including user guides, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
-Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions to employees at all levels, catering to diverse learning styles and needs.
-Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify skill gaps and update training accordingly.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand departmental workflows and tailor training to meet specific business needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users struggling with the platform or certain features.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Stay updated on new features and updates of Adobe WF
