Full time Rehab Director - Occupational Therapy Assistant Dayton, Ohio / Skilled Nursing Facility Salaried Position with Potential Quarterly Bonuses ** Open to COTA disciplines ** Requirements for this position:

Occupational Therapy Assistant Ohio License
Associate’s degree
