We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to our team to focus on developing business in the Southeast region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial/packaging equipment sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, nurture existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new customerswithin the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory Actively seek out and develop new accounts. o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers o Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our liquid filling systems. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networks
