Love building brands and creating impact? We need you! Join Skyward Consulting Group, LLC, as our Marketing & Social Media Assistant! In this role, you’ll help grow brand awareness and engagement across our family of companies in real estate, lending, consulting, and lifestyle ventures. You’ll develop and manage creative campaigns, social media content, and brand visuals that reflect our vision and values. This is a part-time (30-hour-per-week) position with a flexible hybrid schedule and the opportunity to grow into full-time as the company expands. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
• Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
• Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
• Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Expert in forward design concepts
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, ad agency, or creative brand environment (real estate or lifestyle industry experience a plus)
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of branding, design, and social media strategy across multiple platforms
• Innovative mindset — open to fresh ideas, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organization skills with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools and comfortable working with forward-thinking visual concepts
