REAL ESTATE INTERN

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Assist with document researching, drafting, review, scanning, filing, landowner mailings, data entry/management, and corresponding with project managers on missing information.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Review incoming executed document packages for accuracy
Create physical and electronic landowner files
Scan executed documents
Mail copies of executed documents to landowners
Correspond with Project Managers regarding signed status on their projects
Enter document information into database and various trackers
Other duties as assigned
