SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Assist with document researching, drafting, review, scanning, filing, landowner mailings, data entry/management, and corresponding with project managers on missing information.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Review incoming executed document packages for accuracy 
• Create physical and electronic landowner files
• Scan executed documents
• Mail copies of executed documents to landowners
• Correspond with Project Managers regarding signed status on their projects
• Enter document information into database and various trackers
• Other duties as assigned
