Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: Contractor Work Model: Remote Overview: System One is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support our client, in developing and implementing their ISO 19443:2018 Quality Assurance Program. This position is part of a staff augmentation effort and will focus on program development, documentation, and certification support within the commercial nuclear sector. Responsibilities: + Develop, evaluate, and maintain ISO 19443:2018 quality assurance program processes. + Write and update procedures, instructions, and related QA documentation. + Review procedures for compliance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD). + Manage and coordinate with accreditation bodies to obtain ISO 19443:2018 certification. + Support quality oversight, audits, and compliance activities. + Collaborate with cross-functional NuScale teams on activities affecting quality. Requirements: + MUST HAVE: Direct experience implementing ISO 19443:2018 in a commercial nuclear environment. + Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and/or implementing nuclear quality assurance programs. + Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and nuclear QA standards such as 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and ASME NQA-1. + Strong technical writing and documentation skills. + Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities. + Bachelor's degree preferred (technical discipline); may substitute 10+ years of directly applicable experience. + Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810. Details: + 6-9 month staff augmentation contract. + Full-time, 40 hours per week. + Remote role with travel as required.
