Role Overview Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide Compassionate Care: Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Build Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Be a Superhero: Help with mobility, medication management, and other healthcare needs in a way that’s both professional and heartwarming.

• Must have a QMAP Med Tech license

Available Positions:

• Memory Care
• 2pm to 10:30 pm - Every Wednesday (Part time) (can combine with AL for Full Time)
• Assisted Living
• 2pm to 10:30pm Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Part time) (can combine with AL for Full Time)
