Assist in shaping and prioritizing the team's backlog
Contribute to feature development: decomposition, coding, and maintaining solutions
Focus on implementing business logic for key features
Present your features during design reviews to discuss architecture and implementation
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
Strong proficiency in Python with 3+ years of experience in backend
Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
Experience with relational databases
Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
Intermediate English level or higher
Readiness to work in Belgrade, Serbia (we help with relocation)
