Project Manager - Site Acquisition

Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager, Service Delivery to assist the Service Delivery team. The team is responsible for delivery of services programs, developing new assets, and management of capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the portfolio.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Oversee real estate activities for all products within a specific geographic territory.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage client relationships at the market level while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• Act as the local market real estate expert – supporting internal project contingencies requiring field presence, leading complex permitting, and challenging site acquisition vendor forecast dates as needed.
• Take end-to-end accountability for all deployment activities including site acquisition (both internal & outsourced), leasing, due diligence, architectural/engineering services, zoning, permitting, project management, construction services, deployment meetings, and closeout packages for assigned customers or specific products in the market.
• Act as the single point of contact at the market level for customer escalations and participate in all market deployment meetings and calls, providing up-to-date and accurate information on priorities, status, forecasts, aging, and issue resolution.
• Provide weekly market-level gap analysis reporting with overall status, outstanding items, aging, and additional customer reports as requested.
• Develop in-depth understanding of customers\' expectations, priorities, coverage objectives, project volumes, desired timelines, equipment, system management, and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of contracts including scope, pricing, service levels, fees, and rights.
• Ensure accuracy of end-to-end forecast dates at project and market level by partnering internally and holding teams accountable for deliverables and customer expectations.

• Provide high-touch customer service from scope of work to post-install completion.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in the wireless service delivery industry; project management and vendor management experience required.
• Expertise in managing wireless service delivery professionals through network deployment projects, site acquisition, or construction management required.
• Deep knowledge of customer standards; specifically equipment, RFDS, scope of customer market, and customer contract terms.
• Construction drawing expertise from development to redlines and approvals.
• Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Ability to work with various functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.

Additional Callouts:
• Role is REMOTE, candidate must be located within 1-2 hours of Dallas, TX to very occasionally work onsite.
• Experience in Construction (scoping, estimating, construction management ideal).
