We are currently seeking an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to join our team and lead diverse projects in engineering, R&D, financial systems, product rollouts, and other non-IT disciplines.
Position Summary:
The Non-IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities across multiple functional areas to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with client specifications and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed project plans to meet business objectives and client expectations.
Coordinate the integration of technical activities across departments.
Present proposals, progress reports, and final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
Lead recruitment and staffing efforts for project teams; supervise, evaluate, and support team performance.
Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology requirements, resource availability, and market demand.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to refine project specifications and workflows.
Review and approve contracts, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
Knowledge of business operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Visio, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience:
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
5â7 years of experience in project management within non-IT environments.
