College degree or above, with more than 5 years of production management experience; familiarity with PMC (Production and Material Control) and warehouse management is preferred. Familiar with the production process of upholstered furniture, and have management experience in a manufacturing team of more than 300 people. Possess strategic and tactical thinking, and have led or participated in lean production management projects. Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic planning and annual business plan, and coordinate with the Director of the Manufacturing Center to promote strategic actions. Be responsible for the construction and improvement of processes and mechanisms in the Manufacturing Center. Manage important lean production projects in the Manufacturing Center, and track and handle major anomalies in the production process. Oversee the daily operation management of the Manufacturing Center, including but not limited to personnel, quality, cost, delivery time, technical transformation, safety, and environment. Build the team of the Manufacturing Center and focus on the construction of the team's talent echelon.
