Production Engineer:

Location: Winona, Minnesota

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing technical leadership to ensure productivity and cost savings.
• Incremental improvements initiatives to optimize existing processes.
• Promote safety, quality, and customer service.
• Engineering support to production ensure product is running within SOP/PCD.
• Lead/participate in PHAs, MHAs, MOCs, PSSR’s etc.
• Fill in as Production Manager as needed.
• Work with Quality and Process Engineers to solve customer issues, quality issues.
• Support Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Work with tools (including Kaizen, Workout, 6S).
• Process improvements (e.g. waste and First-time-Right).
• Corrective action to address process deviations and identify root cause.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or 2 - 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Communication skills to work effectively with customers, operators and suppliers.
• Handle complex and demanding situations while maintaining sound decision making.

This Facility is ITAR Compliant - you must a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Compensation:

Base: $75K -95K + Bonus

6 weeks of Vacation, Full-Benefits(Matching 401K etc.)
