CTG is seeking a Product Owner to define and drive innovative digital solutions, focusing on B2B experiences in the telecom domain. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver converged, customer-centric digital experiences. **Location:** Houston, TX **Duration:** 12 months **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and prioritize product features with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. + Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping. + Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. + Drive cross-platform, converged digital experiences. + Manage product backlogs, releases, and delivery schedules. **Required Skills:** + Experience in digital product management, ideally in B2B telecom solutions. + Agile methodology expertise and collaboration with development teams. + Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. **Experience:** + Proven success as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. + Hands-on experience delivering customer-focused digital products. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
