Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive technical reviews on pre-solicitation, pre-negotiation and pre- and post-award documents.
  • Assure proper selection of contract terms/conditions.
  • Assure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Analyze procurement regulations and advise on policy guidance.
  • Identify trends from reviews, analyze and make recommendations.
  • Analyze complex procurement situations and provide solutions.
  • Conduct random reviews of contract files to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct random reviews of contract files to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitates meetings with appropriate supervisor and contract specialist(s) to communicate findings as they pertain to contracting matters.
  • Identify areas of procurement training required, in collaboration with the director
  • Create training material as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
