About the Job:

All Care Extended Care has an immediate opening for a California LVN (LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES) full-time or part-time. To provide one-on-one, total patient care to our patient in La Crescenta.

• Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Pay is $30 per hour 
• Start date can be immediate.
• Patient is 2 yrs old boy G-tube and Trach

License/Certification:

• LVN (Required)
