Ballington Academy is a charter school in El Centro, CA and has an enrollment of 275 students. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. As the Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, developing and implementing curriculum enhancements, and working collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents to ensure student success.

You will be instrumental in promoting a positive school culture, maintaining high academic standards, and supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students.
