**Overview** Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our established and growing employed practice in Chino Valley, AZ. Weekends are 24 hr call and weekdays are 5-8am on-call + No Shift call- just after hours on-call + This is a panel position and provider will be expected to see new patients, acute visits, annual wellness, ER follow ups, etc. **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing + Compact state or Arizona RN license + Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license or elgibilty to obtain + National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations + Valid DEA registration + American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider + PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support **Pay Range** $48.54 - $72.00 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
