The Finance Assistant/Receptionist will assist the business office with securing bank approvals, keeping clean and organized paperwork, the selling of ancillary products, website photo assistance, and assisting with the overflow of customer purchases. They will also help receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, direct them to the correct department. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge or passion in the powersports industry, superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and enjoy working directly with clients on a daily basis.
