Plant Manager – Food Manufacturing

Salary $150,000 - $165,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Southwest USA

As the Plant Manager, you’ll champion the plant’s continuous improvement strategy, achieve all budget and performance targets, and ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes. Using your time management and delegation skills, you’ll oversee project management, environmental concerns, and employee engagement. You’ll need to be a hands-on leader with a keen sense of urgency and a background in food processing.

Minimum requirements for this confidential Plant Manager’s position:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· At least 8 years of food plant management experience; preferably dairy

· Must be a seasoned leader with clear communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
