Job Description

Soho is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating effective communication across various departments. You will serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring that the executive's time is maximized by prioritizing tasks, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Prepare briefings and agendas for meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
  • Familiar with social media - do tasks at home and travel from time to time

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
