Responsibilities:
- Provide care based on the clients Plan of Care
- Monitor and report changes in the clients condition
- Keep the Director of Nursing informed
- Update the clients family on care plans and health changes
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN license
- Certified CPR and negative 2-step TB skin test or blood test within the past 3 months.
- Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency primary care clinic or health facility preferred
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
