Description A company in Oceanside is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: + Process multi-state payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Handle employee deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings accurately. + Maintain payroll records, update employee information, and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies. + Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries. + Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as necessary. Requirements + Experience: 2-4 years of payroll processing experience in mid-to-large-sized companies. + Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Workday, or similar platforms). + Attributes: Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
