Management Resources is actively seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Manager for our North Dallas client. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and review of our payroll processes, with a focus on legacy systems and a strong Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge base. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing valuable input and expertise in payroll management. Working a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 remote. This is a 3 -5 month project. Only those with Oracle Cloud Fusion experience will be contacted.
Essential Functions:
Oversee daily payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge to enhance payroll efficiency.
Provide valuable input to streamline payroll processes.
Collaborate in maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts related to payroll.
Assist with initial internal control evaluations within the payroll function.
Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Participate in other projects and analyses as needed.
Utilize analytical skills for sorting, checking, and verifying payroll figures.
Multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll management role
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Fusion is required
Proven ability to reconcile payroll discrepancies
