Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Computer Science and be admitted to the USPTO (or be eligible to take the Patent Bar). Excellent academic performance, strong writing and analytical skills, verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are required. Prior non-legal work experience with software, including web-based services, full-stack development, generative AI, machine learning, data structures, data storage, and databases, is preferred but not necessary. JD required; Colorado bar admission preferred
