PASTOR OF PRAYER

Our calling as a church is to build according to God’s pattern, structuring our ministry around the centrality of worship and prayer as the first pursuit of our life together. The Pastor of Prayer is a vital role within our organization that seeks to ensure that this vision is not only articulated but embodied in the pursuits and practices of our church family.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The Pastor of Prayer is responsible for building and developing strategies designed to execute the overall vision for prayer ministry at Redeemer Kansas City. This includes specific leadership over the prayer room and initiatives designed to build, strengthen, and steward a culture of prayer as a central element of Redeemer’s mission. The role also allows for a possible emphasis in either Worship or Spiritual Formation, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and gifting.
