Job Description

Overview: $15.50/hour. Must be 16 years of age and older Manages the daily operations and staff of multiple Park Services units and crews including both Worlds and Oceans of Fun.

  • Performs all duties of a Park Services Associate
  • Train, coach and mentor new and current associates on operation and park policies
  • Identify operation growth areas and communicate with management
  • Operate equipment such as pressure washers, compactors, park vehicles, hoses, etc.
  • Oversees the effective operation of the Support Services division, ensuring that projects such as power washing and gum removal are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the availability and proper operation of all materials and equipment, taking appropriate corrective action as needed.
  • Communicates regularly with management, including operational issues, associate or guest concerns, losses and any unusual situations.
  • Other duties may be assigned
