Stingray Direct is a rapidly growing, performance-driven direct-to-consumer e-commerce company specializing in health and wellness supplements. We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Buyer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Native, and Microsoft Ads platforms. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth, the ideal candidate thrives on data-driven decision-making, strategic execution, and innovative approaches to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Native platforms.

  • Perform extensive A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience targeting to drive performance improvements.

  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics,PowerBI) to continuously enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, advertising algorithms, and platform updates, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal creative, design, copywriting, and web development teams to deliver cohesive and high-converting advertising campaigns and landing pages.

  • Oversee budget allocation across advertising channels, closely monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall profitability.

  • Ensure campaign compliance with FTC guidelines and platform-specific advertising policies, proactively managing risk.

  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, advertising platforms, and technology providers to maximize performance and efficiency.

  • Explore emerging advertising platforms and technologies, testing and implementing innovative approaches to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial ad budgets across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads with proven success.

  • At least 2 years of experience executing Native advertising campaigns, ideally within the health supplement or related industries.

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel for detailed data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
