Job Description

Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and proactive delivery monitoring. This role plays a key part in maintaining Milk Stork’s high standards of service reliability and customer satisfaction through diligent shipment tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Prepare and fulfill daily shipments in alignment with service timelines.
· Generate and manage shipping labels and documentation.
· Proactively track and monitor shipments until delivery.
· Submit and follow up on carrier claims as needed.
· Provide Saturday coverage for delivery monitoring and exception handling.
· Conduct outbound calls for delivery exceptions and resolutions.
· Generate reports for performance tracking, follow-up, and escalation.
· Proactively monitor and, if needed, intervene on potential delays in scheduled pickups to ensure on-time dispatch.

Qualifications:
·2–3 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer care preferred.
· Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, shipping platforms, ERP systems).
· Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
 
Schedule:
· Monday - Saturday (Sundays & Tuesdays Off)
·8:00AM to 4:00PM
·$22.00 per hour depending on experience
· Starts As Soon As Possible
