Job Description

We are hiring for a Fulfillment Associate to support an expanding food manufacturing company in North Miami district full-time and direct hire.

Job Duties:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Receive, unload, and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations
  • Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Ensure order accuracy by verifying product quality and quantity
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors for workflow efficiency

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in fast-paced, potentially temperature-variable environments

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with Shopify backend tools for order management
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic Spanish communication ability (conversational level)
  • No security clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. – visa sponsorship not available

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillment
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Cross-training across multiple warehouse functions
  • Experience with cycle counting or inventory audits

  • Familiarity with lean/5S warehouse practices
