The ideal candidate will assist with monitoring user activity, moderating documents, prepare quotes, and ensuring smooth platform operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the website and commodity trading platform. Monitor and moderate user comments to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Review and approve uploaded documents to maintain quality and accuracy. Provide technical support and resolve user inquiries related to the platform. Collaborate with the operations and IT teams to enhance platform performance. Assist in updating content and ensuring accurate product listings. Conduct regular audits to identify and report any issues.
