Position: Nurse Manager of Burn Trauma ICU RN
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)
Location: Plano-TX
Base Salary: $95,004 to $142,500 +Best-in-class benefits
Job Summary: *The Nurse Manager has 24/7 accountability and responsibility for a defined patient care area to provide a climate optimal for the provision of individualized goal directed nursing care that supports the mission, vision and values of Medical City Plano and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing.
*The nurse manager is expected to provide an environment where nurses practice autonomously utilizing evidence-based practices.
Skills and Certifications: *Must have a minimum of five years' of acute care experience as an RN in the BURN or Trauma ICU & 2 y
*NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT MAGNET OR PATHWAYS FACILITIES
*Texas State RN license or Compact is accepted.
*National Specialty Certification or plan to achieve within 1 year of hire.
*BLS/ACLS is required.
Candidate Details: *5+ to 7 years experience
*Seniority Level - Mid-Senior
*Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
