Network Engineer
This is a contract position.
This is an onsite opportunity located in Pataskala, OH.

About this Position

Are you passionate about large-scale network deployments and want to make an impact in a rapidly growing environment? Join our team and support the scaling of a multi-campus production network! You will play an integral role in augmenting the local deployment staff as we expand our data center network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing datacenter network retrofit and new-build activities using internal workflows and tools

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in logical tooling throughout the deployment process

  • Support on-site network activations during new rack/suite power-up and provisioning

  • Collaborate with local partners, including install and cabling vendors, to ensure smooth project execution

  • Escalate blockers and issues to local and partner teams to resolve challenges efficiently

Job Skills/Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale networks

  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols

  • Knowledge of physical network infrastructure, including fiber-optic cabling

  • Proven ability to support multiple projects concurrently

  • Familiarity with Optical Transport Networks (OTN), DWDM, or CWDM

  • Project management experience

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 65 - $70/hr
