Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented creative Motion Graphics Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that elevate our brand, drive audience engagement, and support our marketing and advertising initiatives. You will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and digital teams to produce high-quality visuals for various platforms, including but not limited to advertising, product marketing social media, websites, digital display boards, and advertising.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics, videos, and visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and external and internal communications.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance video footage to create polished, visually appealing end products.
• Ensure motion graphics and videos are optimized for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video production.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and storytelling.
• Experience with 3D animation and motion tracking (a plus).
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Animate, and Maya is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 3d rendering (a plus)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or video production.
