What You'll Do:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and connect with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
Work closely with our team to implement effective marketing strategies and achieve sales goals.
Assist with client retention, onboarding new customers, and re-engaging previous clients.
Stay up to date on industry trends and products to offer the best possible guidance.
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience is required! Prior insurance sales experience is a big plus (and required for remote options).
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Property & Casualty insurance licenses are required (Life & Health licenses are preferred).
A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
