Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing and contribute to the success of [Your Company Name]. The Marketing Assistant Intern will support the marketing team in various aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, market research, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Create engaging social media content (e.g., text posts, images, videos)
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages
- Track social media performance and analyze key metrics

Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles, website copy, email newsletters, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for content creation
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and clarity

Market Research:
- Conduct market research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends
- Analyze market data and identify key insights
- Prepare market research reports and presentations

Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences in Miami and Jamaica
- Manage event logistics, including registration, invitations, and on-site support

Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned, such as data entry, administrative support, and project coordination.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing and digital media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Experience with social media platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) (preferred)
