Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
Team: Leads a team of three—Senior Technical Writer, Technical Writer, and Marketing Communications Specialist
Start Date: ASAP

Salary Range: $117,000 - $134,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead corporate marketing initiatives, strengthen brand messaging, and enhance digital and print communications. As a key player in the marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs that promote products, support business goals, and engage target audiences. You'll also manage the company's digital presence, oversee trade show marketing, and lead a small but dynamic team of content creators.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Communications
Develop and execute marketing communications plans to promote products and enhance brand awareness.
Manage the development of promotional materials, including brochures, product literature, sales aids, and digital content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Oversee website content strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized engagement.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance traffic and lead generation.
Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Event & Trade Show Management
Plan and coordinate trade show participation, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
Measure and report on the ROI of trade shows and marketing events.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and content professionals, providing guidance and support.
Oversee department budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Creative Development & Brand Management
Work closely with designers, content creators, and external vendors to develop high-quality marketing materials.
Ensure all corporate branding guidelines are maintained across all internal and external materials.
Oversee the creation of corporate literature, press releases, video content, and advertising campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Line Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives.
Conduct performance analysis of marketing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, digital communications, advertising, or promotional activities.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
Soft Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a creative approach to marketing strategies.
