Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician ensures timely delivery of equipment according to operational needs and focuses on improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime.
Responsibilities:
Execute and close maintenance work orders.
Schedule maintenance activities.
Conduct initial equipment maintenance evaluations.
Reconcile resources post-job.
Dispose of equipment responsibly.
Maintain assigned equipment through a computerized maintenance management system.
Adhere to Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Support efforts to enhance technician efficiency and productivity.
Implement CoSD projects for parts repair and reuse.
Participate in failure investigations as required.
Comply with TLM Competency Management System.
Qualifications:
Required Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience; must legally work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes; knowledge of frac operations.
