• Assist the CF&S Maintenance team by supporting the following:
• Timely completion of work orders with a high degree of craftsmanship, with support from the existing mechanical maintenance group.
• Familiarization and technical ability to optimize the CMMS system for managing work orders and make recommendations for improvements
• Recommendations for weak areas of the maintenance program and proposed actions to resolve
• Root cause analysis efforts
• Gain practical experience with processes such as mechanical alignment, lubrication, tool familiarization, and application of education/experience to a practical manufacturing situation.
• General deliverables will include:
• Completion of work orders as assigned
• Escalating longstanding maintenance concerns to supervisor/engineering department
• Presentation of work and efforts completed during the internship period.

• Desired Skills/Majors:
• Associates/bachelor’s degree in industrial/Control Systems Technology, good communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively on a team.
