We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property located in Dorchester, MA. You will join our maintenance team whose responsibilities include:
· Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping.
· Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
· Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.
The work hours for this position are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
· Knowledge of general apartment repair and some experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
· Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
