About The BLVD!
The BLVD! is a dynamic, high-design entertainment destination that merges exceptional dining, immersive technology, and unforgettable guest experiences. The venue will feature a full-service restaurant and bar, 20 SPARK-immersive bowling lanes, a private VIP lounge, over 60 arcade and VR games, themed laser tag, billiards, private party areas, and an array of massive HD screens for sports fans — including 15-foot screens over the lanes and a 17-foot LED screen in the restaurant.
We’re building a team of passionate cooks to launch this exciting new venue — and we’re currently hiring Line, Pizza & Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service.
- Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Support the team in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in meal preparation within a food service or catering environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
