Job Description

Aquacare Physical Therapy is looking to rent medical space to a licensed massage therapist (LMT) or a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac) in our Milford, DE location.  The private treatment room includes bed/chair and all utilities are included.  All other supplies, including laundry, would be furnished by the LMT or L.Ac. This is ideal for a professional that is looking to start something new on their own, expand, or relocate while partnering with our physical therapy practice in Milford, DE.  Our office is located in the Wellness Village in Milford, DE with easy access and plenty of parking.  Excellent market demographics for wellness and health services.  

Payment Model: Rent based
1-3 days per week ($65/day)
>3 days per week ($50/day)

Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 7am-7pm
Saturday/Sunday - TBD
