Position: Hedis Data Analyst

Location: Philadelphia - PA (Remote)

Mode of Hiring: Contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Data bricks Workflows, Data bricks SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Data bricks Workflows to streamline data processing.
• Utilize Data bricks SQL to create and manage complex queries.
• Implement PySpark scripts for data transformation and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation for data processes and workflows
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure data quality.
• Support end-users with data-related queries and issues.
• Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualification:

• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Show proficiency in data governance and security practices.
• Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
• Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Certifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Data bricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark
