Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Market and promote products and services that best match customer requirements
Work closely with the team to set and achieve marketing goals
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success on a daily basis
Collaborate with your team to build and sustain long-lasting customer relationships

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals/quotas
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers
Property & Casualty license required
Must live within a 30-minute radius of the office
