What You Need to Succeed
MN Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a similar client-focused role
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Proven sales ability, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Customer-first mindset—passionate about delivering outstanding service
Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and sales software
Adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
Team player, able to collaborate across different channels
