Job Title

What does a successful Implementations Professional do at Fiserv?

You will join our team at the 7301 Pacific Street location and collaborate with clients, client services, technical teams, production floor, project managers, and other stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute all activities related to integration projects. This role is critical in understanding clients' needs and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions that meet their requirements.

What you will do:

• Understand existing business process flows, special client requirements, data sources, processing systems, and output format requirements.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand needs, provide advice, and implement effective solutions.
• Assume the role of Project Manager on smaller projects.
• Gain an understanding of future state solutions and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, project management, and account management teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage client setup and configuration items.

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in client IT implementations.
• 2+ years of experience with project management principles for executing work.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Previous experience with issue resolution, documentation of requirements, and communication throughout the SDLC phases.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with software/UI testing.
• Previous experience with application configuration design and execution experience.
• Previous leadership experience
