Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in legal writing . This role is focused on handling complex legal research, case preparation, and drafting essential legal documents . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to the team.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.
• Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents including motions, petitions, briefs, and other case filings.
• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and develop tailored legal strategies .
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants , to maintain efficiency and quality .

• Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Strong expertise in legal research and writing .
• Ability to draft persuasive and well-structured legal arguments .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Strong client management and communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency (preferred).

Hybrid Remote Must Relocate to Fall River, MA before starting work
